Immunity of nuts

The medical researches revealed that the unsaturated fats which is found at the nuts and olives protects from heart because it turns into a liquid by the temperature of the body, it also makes the liver membrane much softer which allowing cholesterol to move easily into the liver and consequently to outside the body unlike saturated fats that found in meat and butter that cause obesity.
Dr. Amira Abd El Hamid from the fruit department pointed out that almonds, pistachios and hazelnuts protects from heart disease and prevent Parkinson's disease. It also protects against diabetics, it reduce the Cholesrtol in blood as well as protects against colon cancer.
Dr. Amira added that eating nuts on a regular basis reduces heart attacks and diseases because it contain high concentration of the Alfa Lionic acid that helps to regulate the heart beat.
